Bottom Line: If you don’t go with James, your doing yourself a disservice. My wife and I were very happy with the service James Strum provided in the recent sale of my home in Richmond’s Northside (Rosedale). He was able to sell a home I had owned for almost 10 years and hadn’t lived in for 7 years. He was there for me when I returned from an Iraq deployment in 2009 and helped me find a tenant to occupy the home when it got slow. Then when the opportunity came to sell, when it was financially right for me, he was there to market, price, advise, help, befriend, negotiate, and sell the home. James is a class act, honest, a man of integrity, and, in my opinion one of Richmond’s finest real estate agents. He’s not only served me, but my closest family members, and his service has transformed into friendship. I can honestly say there is no other agent in Richmond that I will ever do a real estate transaction with unless their name is James Strum. Please consider this to be a frank and honest assessment of a great agent; you need not look elsewhere for a greater professional for this industry.
