I was a first time home buyer with not much knowledge of the Richmond area and not knowing where to look for my exact price range with what i wanted. But James definitly knows what he is talking about and definitly cares about what the buyer wants. He doesnt care if he has to turn in 20 different offers he will do it so that you feel like you recieved the best one. I knew what I wanted and he took that and ran with my idea and found me a great home in a great location!
