What originally was a difficult situation to sell, James turned into a dream sell. He hooked me up with very inexpensive contractors to fix what we needed to and had the house on the market in 3 weeks. Because of his efforts we had 6 requests to see the house in the first 24 hours. Anything that came up during the sale, James was on it immediately and communicating with me hourly. He took the stress out of everything! Turns out we had to cancel some because we had an offer above asking in 8 hours and closed the deal. I was out in 4 weeks and didn’t even have time to look for a new house, but I will go to him when I do. My only advice to those using James, have your next house targeted because your house is going to sell quick with him!
