We are so lucky to have met James at a property back in September. New to the home buying process, he really impressed us with his knowledge of properties, school districts, renovation costs, and so much more. He responded immediately to all of our questions and concerns and made our home search so easy and convenient. When we finally found the house we wished to make our home, he was very helpful and available asap when we needed to make a move on putting in our bid. James is a killer at negotiations as well! We ran into some things after receiving the inspection report and he fought for us the whole way through. The only reason we got exactly what we wanted was because James was on our side as our realtor. We truly feel that if it weren’t for James we would still be renting. Thanks to him we are living in and loving our new home!
