Jamie Strum, Cole Atkins and the entire Strum team are the best in the business. My husband and I met Cole when we found the home of our dreams in April of 2019 and the Strum Group helped us purchase this home in May. Not only did they know the area extremely well but they referred us to the best closing attorney, inspector and an entire team of well qualified folks who helped us along the way. My husband and I had not bought a home for over 20 years so needless to say we had lots of questions throughout the process. Jaime and Cole were extremely patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough and, in my opinion, they are the master negotiators! They made us feel like we were their only clients and that helps…especially when you haven’t done this in 20 years! To this day, months later, we still keep in touch with Jaime and Cole and I know for a fact they would do anything for us (and we would do anything for them!).
