I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for an excellent agent. James was extremely helpful from the moment he introduced himself. In addition to information on the listing and sale, he helped arrange contractors in instances when scheduling of our usual ones proved difficult. He was always available for questions or information. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and our area.

In our circumstance, he found a qualified buyer who committed to a strong contract. For reasons unrelated to James’ work with the negotiations and/or contract the buyer indicated that he might breach the contract. Despite not being able to put the house back on the market, James still found another buyer within just days. And not just any buyer, but one that offered the full asking price for the home.

James constantly followed up on details and made sure everything went through smoothly. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends.
