I was referred to James by a relocation company. I picked him out of 3 agents because I am very impressed by his openness, honest, passion about what he is doing, and excellent records. As a first-time seller, I was clueless and nervous, after meeting him the first time, I feel like my house will be in good hand. He gave me clear instructions on exactly what I need to do to prepare for the house ready for market. When the house is ready, he took pictures and put it on market the same day. There were a lot of showings,I believe he did a good job marketing the house on internet. We only had one open house, and got an offer 15 days after the house is on market. The offer was a little lower than we want. James help negotiation with the buyer and we finally got a deal that we are happy about.
