We had contacted three realtors in preparation to sell our home, seeking to get an idea of what was needed to be done to the home to sell, as well as market values. The first two left us dismayed as to changes and upgrades needed as well as their opinion of what our home was worth and current market conditions. A business acquaintance referred us to James.
