I moved from out of state with my girlfriend and we did not know anything about the Richmond Area. James was very helpful in our search for a home as well as showing us the Richmond area. We were also first time home buyers and James went above and beyond answering our questions and explaing items we did not understand. Both my girlfriend and I enjoyed our experience with James.

1/14/13***Just want to take some time to update my review of James, and again say that I would recommend him to anyone I know. After I had purchased the home above with James as my relator I was transfered 6 months later and needed to sell the same house. After I talked with James about this situation he called me back 1 day later and said he had the perfect people to buy my house. After that he took care of everything and sold the house before it was even on the market and for more $ than what I had paid 6 months prior. James always told me he brings buyers and sellers together for the best deal possible and that is exactly what he did. You can’t find anyone better in the Richmond area to buy or sell a house
