I am going to keep this short and sweet. I echo the positive comments made by previous reviewers. James and his team were able to sell our home twice (first buyers loan fell through) in only 10 days for top dollar! Before choosing James and his team, we had an offer from another real estate company who estimated the sale price of our home for $20,000 less than what James was able to sell our home for. We had a fairly rough closing, but James went above and beyond to close on the home on time for us to be able to buy our new home. His sense of urgency as if it was his home and situation made us feel at ease during the entire process!

We are more than pleased with the service James gave us before, during, and after the sale of our home. If you are looking to sell your home in the Richmond area, I would highly recommend contacting James and meeting him. Even if you have another agent and company in mind, it’s worth 30 minutes of your time to talk and meet with him before you choose someone else.

Random side note… We have two young kids, and he was great with them whenever we met. VERY personable, and was sensitive to their sleep schedules as far as lining up the viewings. Kid approved!
