An amazing agent, and an amazing team! We have had a terrible past two years, and are having to short sell our house. Once I met with James, I felt better about the process. James told me what to expect, and that he would sell the house within the month. Within 6 weeks, our house was under contract in spite of major problems and issues including foundation problems and such.
