James is a fantastic realtor. My wife and I started the home search process with James in the Spring of 2023, after looking through many houses that James quickly set up showings we decided that it wasn't the right time. James never pushed us and wanted what was truly best for us. My husband and I have bought and sold 15 homes in our 40 years of marriage and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to realtors. We would give Rana five stars on all measures. We decided to move to VA after a vacation in Mid April 2021. When we started looking for houses we had a list of requirements based on priority.
