Throughout his professional journey, Paul has consistently excelled in service-based industries, prioritizing the enhancement of customer experiences.
A chance friendship formed between James and Paul, stemming from their shared enthusiasm for college basketball and The Richmond Spiders. Recently, when James was in search of a new Director of Marketing, the timing couldn’t have been better for Paul to join the team.
