James was great to work with. He listened to the things my wife and I both wanted as far as type of house, location, etc… and paid a lot of attention to the things that arent part of the house, but part of the area that comes with the house. There were never any surprises, and he was very good about answering any questions we might have in a tremendously timely fashion. He definitely had a great feel for the areas (specially the areas we wanted to end up, and made the entire process about as painless as could be. Id definitely recommend him to anyone.
