I had a fantastic experience using James Strum to sell our house. I was extremely happy with the price and we were able to get full asking, and on top of that the process moved very quickly from list to close. Even beyond those important factors, he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, from getting the house ready for listing, recommending high quality and fair priced contractors, and coordinating all the steps along the way. Not surprisingly given his Richmond background and years of experience, it’s very apparent that he knows everything about the greater Richmond market and that alone I think is extremely valuable. No doubt I’ll be recommending James to friends and family, but on top of that I’ll definitely be using James again myself when the time comes.
