Ashley Grant was simply, AMAZING! Not only was it our first time selling a home, but we were challenged with a need for a fast sale due to a cross-country move for work. Finally, she helped us coordinate all required signatures before closing, and prior to us leaving Virginia, saving us the trouble of an extra flight back from the west coast.
