James Strum is a consummate professional and working with him to sell our house and buy a new one was a fantastic experience. He has an unbelievable knowledge of the market, he priced our home perfectly, gave us great staging advice, had a wonderful photographer take great photos to help market the home, and got the word out to realtors in the area. We had four showings within 24 hours of being on the market, and in less than 72 hours we had a full price offer. Throughout the entire process of selling our home James was available and happy to answer our questions and concerns.

After selling our home, James helped us search for a new home, and even though he did an amazing job selling our old house, it was in this area that his skills, knowledge, work ethic, and dedication to his clients shone.
