I actually found Dave through Zillow looking for land. We went and checked out a couple of lots, but nothing seemed to really fit what we were looking for. Dave kept in touch and over the course of a year, we purchased a new home, sold our old, and are now as happy as can be. Dave embodies patience, and truly has your best interests in mind.
