What a Team!

I followed James specific yet simple instructions on staging my home, he put my house on the market and within hours, we had an offer well over asking price!

Any obstacle that arose was swiftly handled by his arsenal of contractors, with James constantly assuring me “Don’t worry, I got it covered!” He was even willing to get the neighbor’s grass cut so that it would not interfere with the sale of my house. You rock James!

Linda Elmore was a gem to work with as a buyer’s agent. She really knows her stuff! Her alertness, research and quick follow up led me to the house of my dreams in a short period of time.
