When pricing the house he did a thorough review of comparables which he shared with us in order to explain why we could not expect to get the price we originally wanted. He provided excellent guidance on staging the house for sale, and he took and effectively used photos that presented the house and its surroundings at their best. James actively marketed the house and kept us informed regarding such things as the number of viewings and the reactions of the prospective buyers. When a buyer was found James facilitated our required activities as sellers (e.g., obtaining well testing and termite inspection, etc.).
