Drew was able to advise me on a competitive offer on a home in the fan. It is a tight market and there were multiple offers; however, we got the house I wanted without spending too much. Drew was able to get contractors in within 48 hrs of inspection to quickly negotiate a dramatic drop in price. He was nice enough to even get me some house warming gifts, and follow up after closing on the house. I would definitely use Drew again on any other real estate deals.
