James has been a pleasure to work with. James was our selling agent and he sold our house for us within 45 days, which is really good! He took time to create great views of each of our rooms that truly reflected the spaciousness of the house! The listings in various websites looked great and we got a lot of showings for the house. He was able to negotiate with our eventual buyers for a fair price! James is easy to work with and he is definitely a people person! He can sometimes come across as being a little tough but he has your best interest at heart and is willing to do what it takes!
