James was AMAZING in helping us do a short sale on our house in Richmond, VA. When we were looking at realtors one of the big things we asked about was if they knew about short sales, James said he did, and wow did he. I don’t know if any other realtor could have sold our house for us and even got our bank to write off the balance of our second mortgage. He really fought with our bank to get everything to go through and got the buyers to pay more than they offered just to get our house. At this time in the real estate market we were really scared what was going to happen and then when we moved to Maine, I thought there was no way to pull it off. THANK YOU James!
