I chose James as our buying agent based on the reviews that I found here on Zillow. He was very prompt to return my initial call and began looking for properties immediately. When we started looking at properties, he was very straightforward with what he thought was good or bad about the homes. As first time home buyers, we were very inexperienced in the home buying process and James always made us feel comfortable with our decisions. He made sure we didn’t rush into a purchase, and in the end we got exactly what we wanted. When we went into contract, James did an excellent job negotiating terms and ensuring that those terms were met. For example, the sellers had work done on the crawl space which did not meet our standards. James worked with the sellers’ agents, the company who completed the work, and a company he trusted to correct it to quickly find a solution and allow us to close on the home. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!
