Co-Owner of Brambly Park Set To Open A New Private Events Venture
With The Help Of Ashley Grant of The Strum Group!
Ashley Grant recently completed another commercial real estate deal. She worked with Bobby Kruger, the co-owner of the popular urban winery and restaurant Brambly Park in Scotts Addition. The goal of this deal was to expand his portfolio, adding this private event space in what was previously known as The Magnolia Green Welcome Center in Chesterfield County.
The deal includes a lease with an option to purchase in two years. This property features a 3,583 square foot building, close to 1,000 square feet of covered deck overlooking the scenic pond in the back and is situated on over 4 acres of land. Bobby’s new venture will be called “The Cardinal” and will serve as a wedding and events space that is slated to be open for business late summer/ early fall of 2023, after completing a few improvements to the property.
Check out The Richmond BizSense article highlighting this historic sale. Be sure to follow The Cardinal on Instagram to stay up to date on their opening day. The Strum Group is very excited to see how this property becomes a staple in the Richmond community!
